1) Traditional Membership

Cost: One-time Initiation Fee: $1,000

Annual Dues: $495 per year (due May 1st, each year) Dues must be paid by due date to remain in good standing. This membership type is best suited for families or individuals who live in or within a few miles of the Weatherstone community, and plan to stay in their homes and/or utilize their membership for 5 or more years.

Benefits:

• Full access to WSRC facilities – tennis courts, swimming pool, playground, pavilion

• Membership Certificate (certificate is transferable)

• Voting privileges

• Social events, parties

2) Year-to-Year Membership

Cost: $695 per year. (due May 1st, each year)

This membership type is best suited for families and individuals who are looking to join the Club for a short term, or for those who want to minimize upfront costs.

Benefits:

• Full access to WSRC facilities – tennis courts, pool, playground, pavilion for one year

• Social events, parties

• Year-to-year flexible commitment

• Less upfront cost
